Printing

Our carrying cases, portfolios and flightcases can feature logos or other images through a variety of techniques. Here we describe the most commonly used types and the associated supply specifications.

Silk-screen printing

Format at 100% including PMS colours. Save as a vector file in .PDF, .EPS or .AI.
Confirm precise position on the carrying case, portfolio or flight case in writing or with a sketch.

  • Full colour on 250g or 300g laminated paper
  • Format at 100% + 3mm bleed and supply crop marks. Save as .PDF with minimum resolution of 200 dpi, RGB/CMYK/PMS.
  • Of course you can also supply the prints yourself. If you do so, ensure they are delivered on 250g or 300g laminated paper, cropped.
  • In both cases above we will confirm the required print dimensions with you to be absolutely sure.
     

Digital printing on sheet material

Format at 100% + 3mm bleed and supply crop marks. Save as .PDF with minimum resolution of 72 dpi.
We will confirm the required dimensions of the print here too.

Embossing / film

Format at 100%. Save as a vector file in .PDF, .EPS or .AI.
Confirm precise position on the carrying case, portfolio or flight case in writing or with a sketch.

Engraving (including laser)

Format at 100%. Save as a vector file in .AI, .EPS or .DXF.
Confirm precise position on the carrying case, portfolio or flight case in writing or with a sketch.

Drawings

If you supply us with technical drawings, routing files or cropping files for interiors or routing work, please provide them as a .DXF file with closed contours.
If you wish to provide 3D ​​files, we ask you to supply them as. STEP or. IGES file. We ourselves work with Solid Edge.
