Laminating zone

• Length: 12m.
• Can handle all sheet materials, including cardboard.
• Maximum width: 1300mm.
• Maximum thickness of sheet material: 55mm.
• Operates at between 15 and 30 metres per minute.
   

Working process
 

1. Brushing/vacuuming station: brushes loose fibres and dust particles across the width of the sheet material and immediately vacuums them off
2. Brushing/vacuuming station: brushes loose fibres and dust particles along the length of the sheet material and immediately vacuums them off.
3. Bonding station: both sides of the sheet material (or just one if required) are given a film of cold environmentally friendly glue.
4. Laminating station: film is rolled onto the sheet material, using heated rollers if necessary.
